Liv has spent her career to date working for better-for-you startups in the CPG space, leading brand and marketing efforts alongside C-Suites. Liv has a natural pull toward everything health and wellness, and always knew she wanted to create something of her own. When the idea came to her, she ran with it.
Liv recently launched Liberate, the first-ever mental wellness studio. The studio practices a flow of yoga, reflection, conversation, and meditation, to expand and empower you into your best self. It’s called the “Working on Yourself Workout”.
This is a space where physical movement, mental health, and community came together as one.
